A person who advertises a liquidation sale, auction sale, or going-out-of-business sale shall state the correct name and permanent address of the owner of the business in the advertising.
(d) A person who violates a provision of Subsection (b) or (c) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
