Dave Leon was admitted to Practice in Texas in 1996, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in 1997, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in 2000. Dave is also admitted to practice in the State of New York, 2010.
Education:Southern Methodist University School of Law (Juris Doctorate, 1996), and two undergraduate degrees, also from Southern Methodist University (Bachelor of Arts–Public Relations / Mass Communications, 1992; Bachelor of Arts–Psychology, 1993) and academic minors in business administration (1992) and anthropology (1992). Memberships:State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, College of the State Bar of Texas (1999 – 2001); Dallas Bar Association (Probate, Real Estate and Entertainment Law sections) and the North Dallas Bar Association.
David Leon also serves as Of Counsel to the Ferguson Law Group in Plano, Texas on select matters.

Victor W. Johnston retired from the Legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), now known as Department of Homeland Security, on June 3, 2000, with over 27 years experience during which he served as: Officer in Charge of the INS office in Oklahoma City (supervising all operations in Oklahoma); as Officer in Charge of the Guadalajara and Tijuana sub-offices in Mexico (supervising all operation in 13 states in Mexico); as the first Immigration Attaché for the U.S. Embassy in El Salvador. He held many positions during his tenure with INS including Border Patrol Agent, Special Agent, Inspector and Examiner.
